This Privacy Policy describes how Enryo Software LLC ("Enryo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about you when you access or use the Alfraido platform ("Service"). By using Alfraido, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for and use Alfraido, we may collect the following information:

Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and organization name.
Billing information: billing address and payment details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Dodo Payments and is never stored on Enryo's systems.
Communications: messages you send to us by email or through any support channel.

2.2 Data You Upload or Generate

As part of using the Service, you may upload, input, or generate experimental data, project configurations, parameter definitions, observations, and results ("Customer Data"). This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide and operate the Service on your behalf.

Customer Data — including parameter configurations, experimental observations, and associated metadata — is stored in Alfraido's database infrastructure for the duration of your active subscription. You may request a copy of your Customer Data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Machine learning models generated by the platform using your Customer Data are part of Alfraido's service infrastructure. These models are not considered Customer Data for the purposes of export or portability and cannot be downloaded or extracted by you in any form. Your right to request a copy of your data applies to your underlying project inputs, observations, and metadata only.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you interact with the Service, including:

IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it.
Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
Access timestamps and session duration.
Error logs and diagnostic information.

This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to diagnose technical issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account and provide access to the Service.
To process payments through Dodo Payments and manage your subscription.
To deliver, operate, and improve the features and performance of Alfraido.
To respond to your support requests and communications.
To send you service-related notices, including subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, and material updates to this policy or our Terms of Service.
To monitor for and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your Customer Data to train machine learning models, conduct research for third parties, or for any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Service.

4. Payment Processing and Dodo Payments

All billing and payment transactions are handled by Dodo Payments Inc. ("Dodo Payments"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made on Alfraido. When you make a payment, you are providing your payment information directly to Dodo Payments, not to Enryo. Dodo Payments' collection and use of your payment data is governed by Dodo Payments' own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at dodopayments.com/privacy.

Enryo receives from Dodo Payments only the information necessary to manage your subscription, such as subscription status, billing cycle, and general billing country. Enryo does not store full payment card details.

5. Taxes and Location Data

All prices for Alfraido subscriptions are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes are determined based on your billing address and are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at the time of checkout. Your billing country or region may be shared with Dodo Payments for this purpose.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Shared Database Infrastructure

Your account information and Customer Data are stored in a shared database infrastructure hosted on Enryo's cloud environment. Alfraido operates as a multi-tenant service, meaning data from multiple customers may reside within the same underlying database systems. Customer data is logically isolated through access controls so that one customer cannot access another customer's data.

6.2 Security Measures

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:

Encryption of data in transit using TLS.
Access controls restricting database access to authorized personnel only.
Regular review of security practices and infrastructure.

No system is completely secure. While we make every reasonable effort to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss will never occur. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights or interests, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6.3 Staff Access

Enryo personnel do not access Customer Data except when strictly necessary for technical support, debugging, or service operations, and only with appropriate internal authorization. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize your Customer Data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and Customer Data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon subscription cancellation or expiration, Enryo reserves the right to permanently delete your Customer Data and any machine learning models generated from that data from its servers. We encourage you to request an export of your project data prior to cancelling your subscription. No guarantee of data retention is made following the end of an active subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

Account information (such as name, email address, and billing history) may be retained for a commercially reasonable period following termination to the extent necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Upon request, and subject to any applicable legal obligations, we will delete your personal information and Customer Data within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers and Dodo Payments for payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Enryo's assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice of any such change and the choices available to you.
With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

9. International Data Transfers

Enryo is based in the United States. If you access Alfraido from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure that any such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include:

Access: the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Portability: the right to receive your Customer Data — meaning your project inputs, experimental observations, and associated metadata — in a structured, machine-readable format. This right does not extend to machine learning models generated by the platform, which constitute Enryo's service infrastructure and are not subject to portability or export.
Objection or restriction: the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Alfraido may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and collect usage data as described in Section 2.3. Essential cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the platform.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

Alfraido is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete such information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or by a prominent notice within the platform. The revised policy will indicate the updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
